[Talk-nz] Naming roads with "-" in them

Hi Tara,

When mapping names in OSM, my suggestion is usually to adhere to the
official Government naming's spelling.
I am not aware of any specific community guidelines in local use for
hyphens, though I do have a preference for no spacing.
