[OSM-talk] Recent spikes in the use of road key

OK, in Australia the user is breno-au <breno-au>.

Seems to be an import, because lots of documented and generated data in 
one of the changesets (https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/93102779 
<https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/93102779>). No comment in the 
changeset, I will leave a comment to find out more.
