[OSM-talk] Should OSMF adopt a policy about State of the Map conference in places that are LGBTQ*/etc unsafe?

Dear Amanda and other OSM friends,

Could we ask a human rights organisation to help us to determine such
guidelines? I'm thinking about Amnesty International. This is their field
of expertise, after all.
