Hi,

Yes, we discussed LearnOSM as well. The main no-go for that is that there is currently no section on Potlatch / iD editing, which is arguably what most newbies will start out with. This is due to LearnOSM being designed with HOT use cases in mind, where online editing is not an option.

In a later stage, after we launch the new welcome message, we will look into carrying over some of the content of the FLOSS manual to LearnOSM and make it a better resource for everyone, not only HOT.

If anyone wants to start doing that now, that's great of course!
